The Firm operates according to the principle of professional independence in obedience to the principles of professional responsibility and the institutions that oversee the legal profession.

Our policy consists of being trustworthy and competent partners and recognising the highest role of the relationship of trust with our clients, endeavouring to satisfy their needs in the best way possible by:
  • the greatest availability of all components of the Firm (partners, associates and staff) who are reachable every day of the year, with the constant support of the appropriate structure to respond to the clients' needs;
  • the use of modern technologies;
  • the maximum confidentiality of the matters being undertaken and of the information received during the course of the attorney-client relationship (confidentiality being protected also through the implementation of strict rules governing the access to the files, both electronic and paper-based);
  • the assistance also beyond Iitaly by cooperating with firms and individuals in various regions of the world selected on a issue-by-issue basis among those considered to be the appropriate to the matters being undertaken;
  • the promptness in solving problems and quickness in scheduling meetings with clients.

It is also our policy that:

The law n. 248 of 4 August 2006 permits the lawyers to advertise by way of informative advertising, the possibility to constitute professional companies of lawyers with the participation of other professionals (to the extent such companies are multidisciplinary ones) not bound by the confidentiality privilege toward the Magistrates, the legitimacy to enter into contingent fees agreements with clients (“patto di quota-lite”) to the extent that it does not constitute a transfer of the right under litigation before the judicial authority: even if the effective scope of such new law is still being discussed, the Firm has renounced those options, maintaining the rigorous approach adopted to date so as to preserve its own identity.
